- Please arrive 10–15 minutes early. Camera and mic setup happens within your booked time, and late arrivals cannot be added onto the end of the session. - Let us know the number of hosts and guests when booking. Extra guests need approval in advance, and building security may ask for names before arrival. - Please put phones on silent during recording to avoid interference and interruptions. - Our team sets up and operates the cameras, microphones and lighting. Please don't move or adjust equipment without asking. - Food is allowed only in the lounge area. Drinks must be in closed bottles near the set and kept away from the equipment. - No smoking or vaping anywhere in the studio or the building. - Raw footage and audio are delivered within 3 days of the session. Edited episodes are delivered on the timeline agreed at booking. - You own the content you record. We may ask permission to share short clips or behind-the-scenes photos on our social media, and we will never post without your approval. - Any damage to equipment or the space will be charged at repair or replacement cost. - Please keep noise moderate after 10pm out of respect for neighbours. - Please leave the space as you found it. Overtime will be charged at the hourly rate.
