House Rules We are delighted to welcome productions to our home and ask all guests to respect the property throughout their booking. General The property must be left in the same condition in which it was found. No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the property. No parties or unauthorised events. Children must be supervised at all times. Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a reasonable level. Crew & Access The number of cast and crew must not exceed the agreed booking limit. Any additional crew members, equipment, vehicles or generators must be approved in advance. Access is only permitted during the agreed booking hours unless otherwise arranged. Furniture & Styling Furniture may be moved with prior permission but must be returned to its original position before departure. Protective coverings must be used when moving heavy equipment or furniture. No drilling, nailing, screwing or fixing anything to walls, floors, ceilings or furniture without prior written consent. Equipment Please use floor protection where heavy equipment is being brought into the property. Any equipment that could damage flooring, walls, worktops or furnishings must be discussed in advance. Production companies are responsible for any damage caused during the booking. Catering Catering is permitted in agreed areas only. All rubbish must be removed from the property at the end of the booking unless otherwise agreed. Parking Vehicles must be parked only in agreed locations. Driveway access must not be obstructed at any time. Insurance Productions must hold appropriate public liability insurance and provide evidence upon request. Hirers are responsible for any damage, loss or additional cleaning costs arising from their use of the property. Restricted Areas Certain cupboards, storage areas and personal belongings may be designated as private and are not to be accessed. Bedrooms and areas not included within the booking may not be used without prior permission. Pets Animals are only permitted with prior approval. Security The property is a family home. Please respect the privacy of the owners and do not photograph or film personal items unless specifically agreed. Before You Leave Return all furniture and furnishings to their original positions. Remove all equipment, props and rubbish. Ensure the property is secure before departure. Any damage or breakages must be reported immediately. For a house of this standard, I would also add: > A refundable security deposit may be required for larger productions, and a location agreement must be signed before the booking is confirmed.
