Luxury Natural Light Apartment

• No smoking/vaping indoors – balcony/outdoors only • No shoes on carpet • No pets • No decorating • No cooking unless agreed in advance (the microwave can be used) • All floors, carpeted areas, surfaces and upholstered items are suitably protected/covered so as not to cause any damage • No food or drink in any room except for the kitchen/dining area unless agreed in advance • All camera and lighting equipment must have protective feet to avoid damage to the wood flooring • If furniture, equipment or suitcases need to be moved, please lift them (do not drag) in order to protect the wood flooring. • Please take all rubbish off site with you at the end of the shoot. There is a large bin store cupboard on the ground floor which can be used for this • If any breakage, spillage or damage occurs, please inform me as soon as possible • Leave the place clean and tidy as you found it • The apartment is on the second floor and there is a lift
