Modern Apartment with Balcony in Central London

APARTMENT, STUDIO & EQUIPMENT USAGE • Keep the event or session contained within allocated area • Clean up trash or other items on premises prior to leaving • Ensure any household items moved during the shoot are returned to their original locations • There is absolutely NO SMOKING indoors in the building. Smoking is allowed outside the building or on the apartment balcony. The use of ashtrays is required when smoking on the apartment balcony. Non-adherence to this policy will result to a £80 cleaning fee. STUDIO LIABILITY WAIVER The Renter accepts the Studio holds no liability for any injury or damage suffered by the Renter, any of the Renter's visitors, and any of the Renter’s or visitors’ equipment during or after the lease. STUDIO & EQUIPMENT SUPPLIED The Studio agrees to provide the studio in good working order but makes no special guarantees as to said studios functionality or suitability to Renter’s purposes. The Renter is entitled to use the entire studio, balcony, lighting equipment, props and any furniture in the studio at the time of rental. The Studio is not liable for external factors which may affect the shoot, such as power outages, outside noise or weather.
