📍 Respect for the property All crew members must treat the property with care. Protective coverings (e.g. floor mats) are required for heavy equipment. No drilling, nailing, or alterations to walls, floors, or surfaces without prior permission. 🚮 Clean-Up The space must be returned to its original condition. All waste and equipment must be removed by the end of the booking. ⏰ Noise & Neighbours Please respect local noise levels, especially for early morning or evening shoots. Keep all production activity within the property boundaries unless otherwise agreed. 🚗 Parking Off-road parking for 2 vehicles is available. Please avoid blocking neighbours' driveways or using street parking without prior arrangement. 💡 General Use No smoking or vaping inside the property. No adult content or high-impact action scenes (e.g. stunts, pyrotechnics) without explicit prior approval. Pets or animals must be disclosed and approved in advance. The owner or representative may be present during the shoot.
