EXTERIOR-ONLY HIRE – £30 PER HOUR | 7 DAYS A WEEK The property is available to hire on an EXTERIOR-ONLY basis, ideal for photography, filming, automotive shoots and content creation. Exterior-only hire is available 7 days a week, from 9:00am until 10:00pm, at a flat rate of £30 per hour. This provides access to the exterior areas of the property only, including the front of the house, driveway and rear garden/exterior areas. PLEASE NOTE: Exterior-only hire does not include access to any part of the interior of the property or any internal facilities. This includes toilets, kitchen, changing areas or any other rooms within the house. Please ensure suitable arrangements are made before arrival. DRIVEWAY ACCESS: Cars are permitted on the driveway. Vans, lorries and other commercial vehicles are not permitted on the driveway. To book the £30 per hour exterior-only rate, please contact me before booking and title your message: “OUTSIDE ONLY” I will then arrange a custom offer for the required number of hours. Any requirement to enter or use the interior of the property will need to be booked separately at the standard property hire rate.
