No smoking or vaping indoors or outside the front of the house or in the garden. No stiletto heels on wooden floors (unless heel covers are worn). We ask for shoes off. We appreciate that this may not be possible in some cases (i.e. for filming). Food and eating to be contained in the lower ground floor kitchen space only (unless required elsewhere for filming and agreed in advance). No changes to be made to settings on appliances and/or heating/hot water unless agreed in writing prior to the booking. No loud filming, music or events before 8am or after 8pm unless agreed in writing prior to the booking. All rubbish to be removed from the property at the end of each day (please do not use the household waste bins).
