Multipurpose Daylight Creative Studio

PETS: Pets are allowed in the studio premises. However, a fine of $100 will be charged for any stains caused by them, including pee or poo. CLIENTS/GUESTS: Please ensure that the number of guests attending matches the requested booking. Failure to pay for additional guests will result in a fine. FURNITURE/PROPS: All furniture and props can be moved, but it is mandatory to return everything back to its original position. CLEANLINESS: Eating around or on the furniture is strictly prohibited. Food must be limited to the off-set area. Failure to comply with this rule will result in an extra $200 cleaning fee. DAMAGES: Any damage to the studio equipment or walls will result in a replacement fee plus 50% of the item's value. The cost will be billed to the credit card on file. OVERTIME: Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. Please ensure that the studio premises are vacated, and all items brought into the space are removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Please plan accordingly.
