House Rules for The Attic Room Respect the Space Please treat the studio with care and respect. The space is a reflection of our creativity, so we ask that you leave it as you found it. No Smoking or Vaping The studio is strictly non-smoking. Please step outside if you need to smoke or vape. No Pets We love animals, but to maintain a clean environment, pets are not allowed in the studio unless written permission is given by the owner. Keep Noise Levels Considerate If you're filming or recording, please keep the noise levels at a reasonable level, especially if there are other businesses in the building. Use of Furniture and Props You are welcome to use the furniture and props in the studio, but please be mindful of their condition. Feel free to bring your own props and furniture to style the space as needed. No Alterations to the Space Please avoid making permanent changes to the studio. You’re welcome to move things around, but please ensure everything is put back where it belongs before you leave. Glitter or Confetti We’re all for a glitter shot in this studio! However, please use the hoover provided to clear up before you leave. Cleaning Up Please leave the space as clean as you found it. You’ll find cleaning supplies in the studio for your convenience. If any major cleaning is needed, an additional cleaning fee may be charged. No Unauthorised People Only those listed in your booking are allowed in the studio. Please ensure you don't exceed the maximum capacity for the space. Timekeeping Please respect your booking time. If you require extra time, please let us know in advance. Additional time will be charged. Damage Any damage to the studio, furniture, or equipment will result in an additional fee to cover repairs or replacements.
