We hope that you enjoy being here and have a productive time. This is our home and we ask that you take care of it please. Whilst food shoots and cooking are welcome, please take great care not to splash, spill or drop any oil or food products with oils in them on the floors or down the cupboards. Should any oil spillages occur, please wipe immediately using the spray provided and contact the owner for any further directions. Please do not use your own products to clean the surfaces. No smoking inside the house. Please use the back garden if you wish to smoke and dispose of cigarette butts in the bins provided. ● All eating and drinking to be restricted to the kitchen and dining area. Please be aware of spillages or any dropped food and promptly clean surfaces with the spray provided should anything be dropped to avoid oil stains on wooden floors and cupboards. ● Please do not use any spray cleaners on the kitchen work surfaces other than those provided, acidic cleaners or lemon juice will cause marks. A simple damp dishcloth should suffice if in doubt. ● Please ask permission from owners if you would like to move items of furniture. Please lift rather than drag. Scratches will be chargeable! ● Absolutely no decorating is allowed without prior consent. This includes attaching things into walls. No drilling is allowed. ● Please ensure that shoes are not worn in sitting room, bedrooms and on rugs ● Protective cover to be used on high heels, camera stands or any heavy camera equipment to protect wooden floors. This is the same if any equipment is placed on any surfaces in the house. ● Please do not disconnect the TV and media units. Please ask the owner. ● If you wish to use any form of fire, candle or naked flame etc you must seek approval from the location owner. The client will remain responsible entirely for this activity as well as the health and safety, risk assessment and fire prevention measures and extinguishers. ● Please photograph the areas you work in if you plan to move anything, so that you know where to put it back later ● Please take care when carrying equipment around the house – damage to paintwork is chargeable. CLEANING UP Vacuum cleaner, mop and broom, if needed, are in the cupboard in the hallway Dustpan and brush stored in bin cupboard in kitchen All rubbish must be cleared and taken away. We will provide disposable plates and cutlery for your lunch, please do not use our crockery and glassware unless previously agreed Please ensure that the Production Manager is available at the end of the hire to carry out a walk-around with the Location Owner to jointly sign off the put back of the location. This is also an opportunity for any damages to be highlighted to the Location Owner.
