By booking a session at A Creative Haus Studio, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These guidelines are designed to ensure a professional, respectful, and enjoyable experience for all clients and guests. 1. Booking & Payment All bookings must be secured via prepayment through our live online agenda. This is the only method by which we confirm your session. Bookings are available from 48 hours up to 160 days in advance. Should you require a booking within 48 hours, please contact us directly at info@acreativehaus.studio. Our sessions are available in fixed durations of 2, 4, 6, or 8 hours. Please ensure the selected time slot is sufficient for your setup, shoot, and breakdown. 2. Rescheduling & Cancellations You may reschedule your booking once, free of charge, by contacting us no later than 72 hours before your session begins. Rescheduling within 72 hours will incur a charge of 50% of the total booking fee. Rescheduling within 24 hours will require full payment, and a new booking must be made. Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made with fewer than 7 days’ notice are non-refundable. 3. Studio Access & Overtime Clients will be granted access to the studio five minutes before the start time. Early entry is not permitted, as we may be preparing the space or hosting a prior booking. We kindly ask that you are ready to vacate the studio by the end of your booked slot. A reminder will be given 15 minutes before the end of your session. If you require additional time and the studio is available, sessions may be extended for an additional £90 per hour, payable immediately via QR code. Extensions are not guaranteed and should be requested well in advance where possible. Unused time during a session is non-refundable. 4. Catering For full-day bookings, we are happy to arrange lunch delivery upon request. Please contact us prior to your session to discuss available catering options. 5. Footwear & Studio Cleanliness To maintain the studio’s cleanliness and integrity, outdoor shoes are not permitted inside the studio. We provide shoe covers for general use. Only models may wear shoes during a session, and all shoes must be checked to ensure they do not stain the floor. Any marks must be cleaned immediately. 6. Furniture & Styling Clients are welcome to reposition furniture and decorative items to suit their creative vision. All items must be returned to their original placement before the session concludes. 7. Studio Condition & Clean-Up We expect the studio to be left in the same pristine condition as it was found. This includes: Furniture returned to its original location Floor free of stains, footprints, and food residue No damage to surfaces or props All belongings and props removed at the end of the booking If the studio is not left in acceptable condition, we reserve the right to charge additional cleaning or repair fees. 8. Storage & Belongings A Creative Haus does not offer storage. All items must be removed by the end of your session unless a confirmed next-day booking is in place. Items left behind are done so at your own risk. We can temporarily hold forgotten items for up to one month. After this period, uncollected items will be disposed of. We cannot accept deliveries, nor can we store equipment for couriers or third-party pick-ups. 9. Damage & Accidents We understand that accidents can happen. If any item or area of the studio is damaged during your booking, please notify the host immediately. We value honesty and will work with you to resolve any issues appropriately. 10. Children Children are welcome in the studio, but they must be supervised at all times. Please note that the space contains delicate and valuable items, and any damages will be the responsibility of the booking client. 11. Equipment & Facilities The studio includes: A continuous lighting setup with diffusers A Marshall Bluetooth speaker High-speed Wi-Fi A professional backdrop system with a selection of colours available for an additional fee (£15 per colour) If you require specific backdrop colours, please inform us at least two weeks in advance so we can accommodate your request. As we are a daylight studio, natural lighting may vary. We recommend that photographers bring their own equipment and lighting, including backups, to meet their technical requirements. 12. Studio Host & Support A designated host will be present in the studio during your session, typically working from the large communal table. They are available to answer questions and assist where needed, but they are not responsible for managing your production or guests. If necessary, you may kindly request the host to relocate to avoid disrupting your shoot. 13. Studio Viewings Viewings are available by appointment only and are scheduled outside of active booking hours. These short visits last up to 15 minutes. You may take reference images or videos using your phone; however, professional equipment is not allowed during viewings. 14. Guest Capacity The studio has a maximum capacity of 30 guests for events. We recommend considering this when planning your team or attendee list to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all.
