Natural Light Studio

Please read carefully so your booking runs smoothly. The studio must be left in the same clean condition it was found. Please return all props, furniture and equipment to their original positions. No permanent markings or alterations to the space. Blu Tack only for wall attachments. No pins, nails or adhesives that may damage surfaces. No smoking or vaping inside the studio. No open flames unless agreed in advance. Noise must be kept at a respectful level. The space is located in a courtyard with other businesses operating during normal working hours, so please be mindful of sound. All rubbish must be taken with you or placed in the bins provided. Please do not leave food waste behind. If you move furniture, please lift rather than drag to avoid damage to floors. Any damage to walls, curtains, furniture or equipment will be charged to the hirer. Please avoid strong scents, incense or heavy smoke machines unless approved beforehand. The kitchenette is available for light use only. Please leave it clean and tidy. You are responsible for the behaviour of your guests and crew at all times. Parking is available in the evenings and at weekends only. Setup and pack down time must be included within your booking hours. Exiting late may incur additional charges if it affects the next booking. If you require an on site manager, please let us know in advance. Otherwise, self check in instructions will be provided before arrival.
