Availability Mon–Fri: 08:00 – 16:00 (hard out by 16:00 for service reset) Sunday: 08:00 – 22:00 (full‑day hire) Saturday: not available Crew / Guest Limits Up to  30 people on site at one time (larger crews by prior agreement). Reset Policy Please return furniture, décor and props exactly as found. A floor‑plan photo pack is provided on arrival to help you reset. Food & Drink Our inventory (wine, spirits, dry‑store, produce) is off‑limits. External catering welcome; use prep kitchen only for plating (no cooking on our line without written approval). Power & Equipment 3‑phase and standard 13 A sockets included. Bring your own extension leads; do not overload circuits. Noise Keep amplified sound below 85 dB before 09:00. Insurance & Damage Productions must carry public‑liability cover (£5 m minimum). Any breakages or extra cleaning are recharged at cost. Waste Removal Please bag all rubbish/recycling; leave it in the service yard bins provided. Large set‑build materials must be taken away. Smoking / Vaping Outdoors only, at the rear service door. No smoking inside the restaurant. Pets Assistance animals welcome; all other pets by prior approval only.
