CLEANING FEE: £100 will be added to booking. As this is a purpose designed Location House there is 24hr access available on request (for a fee). There is a carpark directly next to the house, please let me know how many vehicles may require parking (maximum 6) Large separate overnight storage available on request. Property to be returned clean and tidy with all furniture back in its original position by the end of booking (please allow enough time after you wrap to do this to avoid overtime charges) No shoes to be worn in carpet areas (shoe covers are ok to use) Protective feet to be used on all equipment Overtime charged at time and a half. NO SMOKING, ALCOHOL OR DRUGS (Violation of this rule will result in immediate shutting down of the production, with no refund given) MUSIC VIDEOS: are required to provide a refundable 30% deposit
