Our 4 bedroom semi-detached family home is ideal for filming and photography in a 'normal' everyday residential house setting. 

Just 40 minutes' drive from central London, Yateley is surrounded by green spaces and common land for GVs and external filming.

We are happy for any walls to be painted, or furniture to be moved/removed, and it's largely a blank canvas ready to dress the set as required. Built in the 1950s, and modernised and extended, it features a largely open plan layout on the ground floor, offering multiple shoot angles in various settings. As well as two children's bedrooms, a small guest room and a large master bedroom, our home features small self-sufficient areas for multiple setups. The open plan lounge and kitchen/diner offers multiple angles, and the downstairs features a studio/gaming space and music room, as well as two lounge areas. The large garden is available for filming too, and any room of the house that you need. Each bedroom features blackout curtains, for filming evening scenes at any time of day.

The residential area and neighbours are quiet, for filming with sound, and there is free and available (unrestricted) parking both on the driveway as well as on the street outside, for any number of vehicles. We are happy to provide secure overnight storage for kit, props and costumes. Free fast WiFi is available. The nearby village centre offers multiple choices for catering and supplies, as well as both a luxury and budget hotel within 1 mile. 

As an ex TV Producer/Director myself, I understand the challenges of filming on a location, and in a home, but we are here to support you every step of the way and answer any questions you may have. We can also help to source props, extras, additional locations, kit and additional crew, if needed. We have no indoor pets (except fish) and friendly chickens outside who are always available for filming if needed!
