Additional Terms
We request that you leave the house as you found it and are respectful of the neighbours with noise levels. Food and drink are allowed and tea and coffee will be provided. Parking is restricted from 2-3pm Mon-Fri but permits can be easily attained. With advance warning we can save two parking spots outside the house. We can provide bin bags if needed but please take all rubbish with you and no smoking inside the premises. This is a family home so please treat it as you would your own. Thanks.
