• Please respect the property and furnishings at all times. • No smoking inside the property. • Shoes may be required to be removed in certain areas depending on the shoot setup. • Furniture and equipment can be moved if necessary but must be returned to its original position before leaving. • Any damages must be reported immediately. • Bookings must include setup and pack-down time within the agreed hours. • Please keep noise levels respectful as the property is in a residential area. • Access to specific rooms and spaces will be confirmed prior to the booking. • Cleaning and removal of any production materials or waste must be completed before departure.
