Additional Terms
Once you rent the space you will have access to your own key via the safe lock outside. I will be able to speak with the pub about parking on the car park in the day and there's off road parking around the building. The centre is nestled in between two rows of houses so noise after 10pm will need to be at a minimum. I am available should there be any queries or issues.
