No smoking or vaping inside the house. Smoking and vaping should be done outside the property. No open flames or pyrotechnics are allowed inside the house or on the property. The use of any hazardous materials or substances is prohibited. No pets are allowed on the property unless otherwise agreed upon. All crew and equipment must be respectful of the property and its contents. No alterations or modifications to the property are allowed without prior written consent. The property must be left in the same condition as it was prior to the shoot. Any damage caused by the production crew must be repaired or reimbursed by the production company. No loud music or noise disturbances are allowed after 8 pm. All production equipment and vehicles must be parked in designated areas only. Access to certain rooms or areas of the house may be restricted. Only authorised personnel are allowed on the property. No photography or video recording is allowed by anyone other than the production company unless otherwise agreed upon. The production company must provide a certificate of insurance, including liability and property damage coverage, before the shoot. The property owner or representative may be present during the shoot to ensure compliance with these rules and other agreements.
