The terrace must be returned in its original condition. All waste must be removed, and no items left behind. Outdoor furniture, plants, and décor (including palms and flowers) must not be moved or altered without prior permission. The terrace may be used for approved purposes only (e.g. filming, photography, events). Any use must be agreed in advance.
