Production Use Only – Full Property Access • Minimum 10-hour booking required • Overtime billed at 1.5x hourly rate • Setup and breakdown time must be included in booked hours Insurance & COI • Certificate of Insurance (COI) required prior to booking • $2M general liability minimum • The Bend must be listed as additionally insured Crew & Capacity • Max 45 people on site unless pre-approved • All large equipment, trucks, and generators must be disclosed in advance • Parking plan must be approved prior to shoot day Property Protection • No drilling, nailing, or permanent alterations • No open flame without written approval • No confetti, glitter, smoke machines, or atmospheric haze without approval • Furniture may not be moved without prior consent Outdoor Use • Pool use for filming only unless otherwise agreed • No amplified outdoor music after 9pm • Respect neighboring properties at all times Damage & Cleaning • Production responsible for all damages • Additional cleaning fees apply if property is not returned to original condition • Trash removal required for large productions
