This is a rather rough 3800 sq-ft location (with a few nicer rooms) located on 6 acres with a number of outbuildings, a large shop, vehicles and a couple of containers full of props. There is a fantastic view out into the valley. I am happy to change the looks to whatever production may require. Plenty of parking.
