Terms and Conditions for Filming Production 1. Booking and Payment A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure the booking. Full payment must be made 5 days prior to the filming date. Any additional costs e.g., overtime fees, damages must be settled within 5 of the shoot's completion. 2. Property Use The property may only be used for the agreed-upon purpose of filming or photography. The maximum number of cast and crew allowed on-site is 8. Any additional personnel must be approved in advance. Filming is restricted to the agreed-upon areas. No access to unauthorized spaces e.g., bedrooms, private storage. 3. Timing and Overtime Filming must take place within the agreed hours: 9am - 8pm. Overtime beyond these hours will incur additional charges of £109 per hour. 4. Insurance and Liability The production company must provide proof of public liability insurance before the shoot begins. The renter will not be held responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to equipment or personnel on the property. 5. Property Condition The property must be returned in the same condition as it was provided. Any damages, repairs, or cleaning costs will be deducted from the security deposit. A security deposit of £1000 is required and will be refunded within 7 after the shoot, provided no damages occur. 6. Noise and Disturbance Noise levels must be kept to a minimum, especially in residential areas. The production team is responsible for informing neighbours of the filming schedule if necessary. 7. Equipment and Safety All equipment must be handled safely to prevent damage to the property. Heavy equipment, lighting, or props must have protective measures in place e.g., mats or padding to avoid damage to floors and walls. 8. Alterations and Modifications No permanent alterations to the property are allowed e.g., painting walls, drilling holes. Temporary modifications must be pre-approved and restored to the original condition after filming. 9. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made 3 prior to the filming date will forfeit the deposit. Cancellations within 4 to 5 days of the shoot will incur 50% of the total booking fee. 10. Force Majeure Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform any obligation due to events beyond their control e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions. 11. Confidentiality The production must not disclose the property’s address or details to unauthorized parties. Filming that reveals personal or identifying features of the property e.g., signage, family photos requires written consent. 12. Compliance with Laws The production must comply with all applicable laws, permits, and regulations during the shoot. 13. Termination of Agreement The property owner reserves the right to terminate the agreement immediately if terms are breached, without refund. 14. Indemnification The production company agrees to indemnify the property owner against any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from the filming activities.
