House Rules and Terms: 1. **Bookings and Reservations:** - All bookings must be made in advance via direct contact with our staff. - A minimum of 14 days notice is required for any specific requirements (e.g., equipment, setup, props). - Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the studio management. 2. **Cancellation Policy:** - Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the booked date will not incur any charges. - Cancellations made within 7 days of the booked date will incur a 50% hire charge. - Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booked date will incur a 100% hire charge. 3. **Payment:** - Full payment for the hire fee is required upon confirmation of the booking. - Additional charges for any extra services or equipment requested must be paid before the commencement of the session. Your booking will not be confirmed until payment has been received. 4. **Studio Conduct:** - Clients are expected to treat the studio and equipment with care and respect. - Any damages caused to the studio property or equipment during the hire period will be the responsibility of the client and may incur additional charges. - Smoking, vaping, and the consumption of alcohol or illegal substances are strictly prohibited within the studio premises. 5. **Cleaning and Maintenance:** - Clients are responsible for leaving the studio in the same condition as they found it. - Any excessive mess or damage caused during the hire period will be subject to additional cleaning or repair charges. 6. **Security Deposit:** - A security deposit may be required for certain bookings, which will be refunded upon satisfactory inspection of the studio premises and equipment after the hire period. 7. **Guests and Visitors:** - The maximum number of individuals allowed in the studio during the hire period must not exceed the capacity specified in the booking agreement. - Any additional guests or visitors must be approved by studio management in advance. 8. **Insurance:** - Clients are advised to have their own insurance coverage for their equipment and liabilities during the hire period. - The studio is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to clients' personal belongings. 9. **Noise and Disturbance:** - Clients are requested to keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during sessions that may disturb neighbouring occupants. - Music and other audio must be kept at a reasonable volume to avoid disturbance. 10. **Extension of Booking:** - Any request for an extension of the booking period must be made in advance and is subject to availability. 11. **Compliance with Laws and Regulations:** - Clients must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and permits related to their use of the studio premises and equipment. 12. **Feedback and Suggestions:** - We welcome feedback and suggestions from our clients to continuously improve our services and facilities. 13. **Non-Discrimination Policy:** - Warehouse Digital Photography and Videography Studio does not tolerate discrimination based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, nationality, or any other characteristic. 14. **Modification of Rules:** - These house rules are subject to change at the discretion of the studio management, with reasonable notice provided to clients.
