Rates - Rates listed are for still photography. - Video shoots (including iPhone video) incur an additional £25 per hour - For crews over 5 people, an additional £80 per day applies. - A £75 cleaning/reset fee applies where furniture is moved, food/drink present, or heavy use occurs. +£25 for large spills or extreme disruption. - Rates listed apply to editorial, internal and digital use. - Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising is subject to an additional fee and must be declared at enquiry stage. - Please confirm shoot type, crew size and usage when enquiring. - Final rates are confirmed after shoot details are reviewed and agreed. Crew size & access - Maximum agreed crew size must not be exceeded without prior approval. - Access is limited to the agreed rooms only. - Bedrooms and private storage areas are off-limits unless specifically agreed. - We have a child so we need to be clear on start and end times. There may be some allowances if agreed in advance. Time - Hire time includes setup, shooting, and pack-down. - Overtime is charged at £125 per extra hour and must be approved on the day or will be charged retrospectively. Cleaning & reset - The property must be left in the condition it was found. - Otherwise a cleaning and reset fee of £75 will be charged. Furniture & fixtures - No fixings, adhesives, nails, screws, tape, or marks on walls, floors, or surfaces. Protective padding must be used where equipment may cause damage. Shoes & conduct - No shoes upstairs unless otherwise agreed. - Please be respectful of neighbours and keep noise to a reasonable level. Food, drink & smoking - No smoking or vaping inside the property. - Food and drink must be kept away from soft furnishings unless agreed in advance. Damage - Any damage must be reported immediately. - The production is responsible for repair or replacement costs.
