House rules • Daytime shoots only; booking times must be agreed in advance. • Keep noise to a minimum out of respect for neighbouring residents. No loud music or parties. • No smoking, vaping, naked flames or smoke machines. • Keep communal entrances, stairs and corridors clear. No filming in communal areas without prior permission. • Protect floors and surfaces when bringing in equipment, furniture or props. • No painting, drilling, adhesive fixings or other alterations without prior agreement. • Remove all equipment, props and rubbish, and leave the flat as you found it. Additional terms • Please provide details of the shoot, total crew size and equipment before booking. • The flat is on the second floor, with stair access only and no lift. • Parking is nearby, but spaces are not reserved or guaranteed. • Booked time must include setup, filming and clearing away. • Additional time is subject to availability and must be agreed before the booking ends. • Any damage must be reported before departure. • Productions must have appropriate insurance covering their activities and any damage to the property.
