BOOKING POLICIES: - Individual scene rentals: 2-hour maximum - Bookings requiring 3+ hours must book the full studio - Bookings requiring 2+ scenes must book the full studio - Full studio: All 8 scenes, no time limit TIMING: - All booking time includes load-in, setup, shooting, breakdown, and load-out - Please be out by your scheduled end time - No 30-minute increments—if you're not out by end time, the full next hour is charged General Use ✅ Permitted activities: Only activities listed in your booking (content creation, photography, filming, meetings, etc.) are allowed. Any additional use must be approved in advance. ✅ Compliance with laws: All bookings must comply with local laws, permits, and zoning regulations. You are responsible for securing any required permits. 🚫 No overnight use: This space is not permitted for overnight accommodation. Overnight stays are not allowed. Access & Security ⏰ Check‑in / check‑out: Arrival and departure must occur within your booked time. Early access or late stay without prior approval is not allowed. 🔐 Lock up: Ensure all doors are secured when vacating the space. 🗝️ Keys / codes: Do not share access codes or keys with anyone not on the confirmed booking. Capacity & Rooms 👥 Maximum occupancy: Respect the posted maximum capacity (based on safety code). Exceeding capacity without prior approval is prohibited. 🚫 Room restrictions: Only the rooms included in the booking are accessible. Closed or locked rooms are off‑limits. Equipment & Setup 🪑 Furniture & gear: You may move furniture or equipment as needed, but everything must be returned to its original position before departure. 🚫 No wall damage: Do not use nails, screws, staples, tape, or adhesives on walls, floors, or fixtures. Heavy production equipment must be placed on protective mats. 🚚 Load‑in / load‑out: Coordinate large equipment drops or trucks in advance. Any unscheduled load‑in or load‑out may incur a fee. Noise & Neighborhood Respect ⏰ Noise curfew: Loud music or high‑volume audio must stop by 10 PM to respect building and neighborhood policies. 🫱🏽‍🫲🏼 Good neighbor conduct: Respect neighbors—no blocking sidewalks/hallways, slamming doors, or unruly behavior. Prohibited Items & Actions 🚭 No smoking / vaping inside the building. 🔥 No open flames: This includes candles, sparklers, with combustible effects, or any fire‑producing devices. ❌ No illegal or hazardous activities: Any illegal activity immediately voids the booking and may result in law enforcement being contacted. Pets 🐶 No pets allowed unless pre‑approved (service animals excepted). Trash & Cleaning 🧼 Standard cleaning included: General cleaning is included. Excessive trash, staining, or unreasonable mess may incur extra charges. 📦 Equipment removal: All equipment you bring in must be removed by the end of your booking. Privacy & Surveillance 🎥 Surveillance disclosure: Any cameras in public spaces are disclosed in the listing; there are no cameras in private areas. 🙅🏽 Respect privacy: No unauthorized entry into non‑rental or private areas.
