St. Clements Hall House Rules Please be aware of our house rules below. We have a limit of 15 people- cast & crew total- for all shoots. If you are planning a shoot which involves more than 15 people, please reach out to us to discuss in the first instance. We do not accept shoots of a personal nature, or music video shoots. We do not host events. We will consider hosting daytime workshops; please reach out first to discuss. You will need to have public liability insurance in place to shoot here. Please don’t drag or pull ANYTHING across the floors- everything must be lifted, even lightweight items. Please don’t place any “gaffer” style tape on the floors. Low-tack tape is available, in the shoot box on the kitchen counter. Take care not to be a burden on our neighbours. Please don’t place or store anything in Sutton Road, and when out in the garden, please be mindful that we have neighbours in close proximity. Note that filming/photography may only take place within the four walls of our property, and on our drive or garden. There is no filming/photography allowed on the main road without prior permission from the council. Do not place lighting on Sutton Road without prior permission from the council. Take care not to put anything very hot (ie. hot pots or pans) on any wooden surfaces. Hot drinks will not damage the surfaces but a hot frying pan will! You are welcome to leave a reasonable amount of bagged rubbish outside in the garden, and we will dispose of it for you. Please either take commercial waste with you, drop it at the local recycling centre, or arrange for it to be collected by commercial waste collection. The local recycling centre is a short drive away, Willow Road, Saddlebow, PE34 3RD. Please respect the “do not enter” signs which may be placed outside some of the rooms on your shoot days, and bear in mind that you’re shooting in a location house and not a commercial studio.
