* Producers will agree that the location is in a good clean state before shoot * On day of shoot, Producers will take smart phone photos of all walls, floors and spaces within and Wetransfer to chris@mail2art.com before prepping or shooting begins * In event of any damage to property or personal effects at location, Principal (Chris Scott) will notify Producer & Scouty within 3 working days from end of shoot date time * Producer should provide full personal/business details to Principal before commencement of shoot * Setting up, packing, cleaning up & leaving premises to be done within scheduled booking time * Exceeding booking time will incur additional hour charges * Producer will not move anything within the space unless previously agreed with Principal or Principal’s on site representative. * Please bring bin-liners for depositing your own rubbish. At end of day, make sure bag/s are secure and leave directly outside of blue apartment door
