Please notify: pets, children (under 18), allergies, glamour/boudoir/nudity, adult content, exclusive access, other non-standard requests filming or equipment outside front of properties · Hirer must have adequate damage and public liability insurance House Rules: - No smoking, vaping, alcohol or drugs in houses, gardens and pools - Eating and drinking in designated areas only - No glass in and around pools - Shoes off inside locations, or shoe protection used - Smoke and haze may be used with agreement - Please ask to move furniture, art or furnishings - All rubbish to be removed at the end of the hire, dealing with leftover rubbish will be subject to a £50 charge per bag.
