The apartment is thoughtfully styled and used for both living and professional shoots, so we kindly ask all guests to leave it in the same condition as found. • Maximum number of people must be respected at all times. • No parties, loud music, or disruptive behaviour. • No smoking inside the property. • Furniture and decor can be moved carefully, but must be returned to their original position before leaving. • Any damage, breakages, or excessive mess will incur additional charges. Please note: • Booking time must include setup and pack-down time. • Overtime will be charged if the booking exceeds the agreed time. • The space must be vacated on time to avoid extra fees. • A cleaning fee may apply depending on the condition the space is left in. • Larger crews or commercial productions may require prior approval. • Shoes are generally allowed; however, if footwear is dirty or wet (e.g. due to rain), we kindly ask guests to remove them or use protective covers to preserve the flooring. • Due to the delicate decorative items and soft furnishings, we ask guests to handle all items with care and avoid placing heavy equipment directly on furniture.
