The person performing may wear shoes if needed, once they have been cleaned. • This is a lived-in home, so furniture may change periodically. • No smoking in the flat or in the communal stair. • Please avoid standing around in the communal stair for long periods, to keep noise down for neighbours. • Do not leave equipment in the communal stair, as it is an emergency exit. • Any furniture rearrangement must be discussed with me beforehand to avoid damage. • Please avoid loud music. • No nudity.
