While the property can accommodate early starts, late finishes, or overnight shoots, all productions must remain mindful of neighbouring residential properties, particularly during evening and night hours. Crew size must be disclosed in advance. Larger productions may require additional agreement. Furniture and décor may be moved for filming but must be returned to their original position before wrap. No drilling, wall fixings, or structural alterations without prior written consent. No smoking inside the property. No open flames, smoke effects, or special effects without approval. Production companies must hold appropriate insurance and provide proof of Public Liability Insurance upon request. The property must be returned in the condition it was found. Any damage or excessive cleaning will be chargeable. Overnight equipment storage can be arranged in advance.
