We work on a per project/per budget basis and welcome any and all inquiries. Our goal is to make sure that we can accommodate all of your needs in the utmost professional manner. We aim to please, and look forward to welcoming you and your production into our space. Permitting & COI: COI is needed for all shoots and permits are needed for larger, multi-day shoots. No smoking is allowed in the building and may only occur outside, in the front of the house, and be disposed off. Outside catering is allowed. If garbage is sizable, we ask that productions bring extra trash bags and take them upon departure. Soft shoes, like sneakers, are best. Heels or piercing shoe types are permitted only during scene work and should be discussed beforehand. Booties may be required for some shoe types.
