- When booking/enquiering please can you tell me the below requests will not be considered without (copy & paste below) Date: Time: Crew size: Rooms wanting to be used: - We are happy to hold pencils but please let me know in a timely if you would like to go ahead or release. Please note, the space is not booked until the reservation has been confirmed on Scouty. - We cannot accept student films with a much lower budget than the advertised rate. - Please let me know which rooms you will be using - your usage is tied to your booking there will be additional costs if extra rooms are used. We charge a standard hourly rate for the downstairs. The 2nd floor will be extra - please message to discus. - No smoking inside or directly outside the house - Nothing to be removed from the walls without consent - please let me know if you would like to do this. - Lock all doors after use including sliding doors to the outside - Shoes to be left at the door, or shoe covers worn. - Overtime & outside hours will be charged at £200 ph - if you think your shoot will run over please allow for extra time as overtime will be charged for. - If you arrive more than 15 minutes early this will also be charged as overtime. - Strictly no attaching to walls without asking first - The kitchen worktops are marble - please do not stand or sit on them any cracks you will be asked to replace them. - No drinks or food on carpeted areas - spillages on carpets will result in having to replace the carpet and incur additional costs
