**House Rules** **Bookings & Use** * The property must only be used for the purpose agreed at booking (e.g. photoshoot or filming). * Only registered guests and approved crew members are permitted on site. * No parties, events or large gatherings. * Overnight stays are only permitted for registered guests where agreed in advance. **Behaviour & Noise** * Please respect our neighbours at all times. * Noise must be kept to a minimum after 10pm. * Music should be kept at a reasonable level throughout the day. **Smoking, Fire & Safety** * Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. * No candles, incense or open flames of any kind. * The wood-burning fire may only be used with prior approval and must be supervised at all times. It must not be used during shoots unless expressly agreed in advance. **Pets** * Pets are only permitted with prior written approval. * Pets must not be allowed on furniture. * All pet mess must be cleaned up before departure. **Care of the Property** * Please treat the property and all furnishings with care. * Any damage beyond the security deposit will be charged. * Furniture must remain in its original position and must not be moved for shoots. * No food or drink in the bedrooms. * Please wash up any dishes used. * Dispose of all rubbish before departure. **Access & Logistics** * Check-in and check-out times must be strictly respected. * Please look after your keys. Lost keys will incur a £70 replacement charge. --- **Fire Safety** This property is fitted with a fire detection system for your protection. In the event of a fire, you are responsible for ensuring you can exit the property safely. To help keep everyone safe: * Report any faults with the fire alarm system immediately. * Keep hallways, staircases, steps and landings clear of obstructions and flammable materials. * Close doors leading onto hallways, stairs or landings when not in use. * Switch off electrical appliances when leaving the property. * Do not bring any portable heaters into the property. * Never tamper with smoke or heat alarms. * Do not wedge or prop doors open.
