Ultra Modern Designer Apartment

No smoking inside the apartment or in the communal areas. Outside is fine. Outside catering is allowed. Using the kitchen to prepare food is allowed as long as everything is left as found (cleaned and put away). No parties or social recreational gatherings, no loud music or alcohol consumption. Professional use only by photographers and film makers. No filming or loitering outside the apartment (in hallways, lift or entrance ways). Crew below the age of 21 are allowed but understanding their role will need to be understood by the host prior to confirmation of booking. In the event that the host feels uneasy about any of the rules herein being respected, they reserve the right to stay in the property to oversee the shoot.
