General Rules Our house are pretty simple really, as you'd expect anywhere just do your very best to leave things as you found them, and notify us immediately of any damages or other issues. We want the next visitors to have the same great experience you have! All ages are allowed in the space. Guests may cancel their booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable.
