Can discuss if more. Please leave the property as you found it. Furniture needs to moved back to its original place before leaving. Rubbish needs to be taken with you or put in the bin provided. Feel free to bring your own food and drinks. Pets are allowed. Overtime: If we are able to accommodate overtime then this will be charged at a rate of 1.5 times the hourly rate. Please note a deposit will be required for all bookings.
