Please treat the house, furniture, artwork and belongings with care. Many pieces are vintage or personally sourced. No smoking, vaping or candles inside the house. Please use protective coverings where necessary, particularly on floors and furniture. No nails, screws, staples or permanent fixings. Please check with us before attaching anything to walls or surfaces. Furniture and props can be moved with prior agreement, but please return everything to its original position after the shoot. No paint, glitter, confetti, fake snow, smoke effects or other messy materials without prior approval. Please use the kitchen and appliances only as agreed in advance. The garden can be used for shoots, but please take care around plants and planted areas. Shoes may need to be removed or covered in certain areas, particularly where required to protect flooring. Please let us know in advance about any large equipment, vehicles, crew numbers or specialist requirements. The house must be left clean, tidy and in the same condition as it was found. Any damage or breakages must be reported immediately. Please respect neighbouring properties and keep noise to a reasonable level.
