This is our family home, so please leave the property as you find it on arrival, with doors and windows locked and secure. No smoking/vaping inside the property and all cigarette butts to be removed from the garden. Shoe covers to be worn if the weather is damp, and all care taken of the hallway wooden flooring when bringing in kit. All rubbish to be removed at the end of the booking.
