Thank you for choosing our home as your filming location. We take great pride in maintaining the property and are delighted to share it with creative teams. Our aim is to provide a beautiful, flexible space where productions can work comfortably while ensuring the home remains in excellent condition for future projects. We believe that clear communication and mutual respect create the best filming experience, so we've put together a few simple guidelines. Before You Arrive * Please share your final schedule, crew numbers and any special requirements in advance. * If you plan to bring larger equipment, generators or specialist vehicles, we'd appreciate knowing beforehand so we can help make everything run smoothly. * A nominated production representative should be present throughout the booking. Caring for the Property Our home has been thoughtfully designed, and we'd be grateful for your help in looking after it. * Please treat the property with the same care you would your own. * We're happy for furniture and décor to be repositioned where agreed. We simply ask that everything is returned to its original place before departure. * Protective coverings are appreciated when moving heavy equipment. * Should an accident occur, please let us know as soon as possible so we can resolve it together. Creating a Great Working Environment We want your team to feel comfortable while also being considerate of our neighbours and community. * Please keep outdoor noise to a reasonable level, particularly during early mornings and evenings. * Catering is welcome in the agreed areas, and we'd appreciate food and drinks being kept away from delicate furnishings where practical. * Smoking and vaping are kindly restricted to outdoor areas only. Parking & Access * Parking passes for two vehicles is available, parking is restricted between 10am-12pm only * Please help us by keeping neighbouring driveways and access routes clear. * If additional parking or unit vehicles are required, we're happy to discuss suitable arrangements in advance. Safety & Special Effects * Smoke effects, haze, open flames, drones, water effects or any specialist activities should be discussed and approved before filming so we can ensure everything is suitable for the property. Wrapping Up At the end of your booking, we simply ask that: * The property is returned to the condition in which it was found. * All rubbish, catering supplies and production materials are removed. * If additional time is needed, please speak with us—we'll always do our best to accommodate where availability allows.
