Overtime Overtime will be billed in 30-minute increments at 1.5× the hourly rate. Please ensure the studio is fully vacated and all equipment removed by the end of your booking time. Setup and breakdown time must be included within your booking hours. Cleaning / Damages Cleaning is included in the booking rate. Guests are expected to leave the studio in the same condition as it was found and tidy up after their session. All items brought into the studio must be removed before the booking ends. Please take care of the space. Do not use nails, screws, staples, or any penetrating items on the walls. Tape or adhesive materials must be removed after use. Any damage to walls, floors, furniture, or equipment may result in additional charges. Equipment Guests are responsible for any studio equipment used during their booking. Any damage or loss must be reported immediately, and repair or replacement costs may be charged.
