Woodland / Iconic Viaduct Location

Dell Road borders the South East, it's on my land but is an adopted single track road with passing places. For safety, this might need closure / management. Lancashire Council look after this. The River Spodden borders the North West side. The iconic viaduct borders the East boundary - this is owned by Rochdale Council but they have indicated they're happy for me to facilitate if filming ON the viaduct is required (additional cost). It can be reached by approximately 25 steps from Dell Road. I have 2 options for unit bases close to the location which are owned by other landowners; both are happy for me to facilitate BY SEPARATE NEGOTIATION: Unit Base 1: Approx 5,000sqft hard standing parking. Not secured in evening. Tea room opposite - could arrange power / water / wifi by negotiation. Unit Base 2: Approx 2,500sqft hard standing parking. Can be secured at night (fenced / gated). No electric. No water.
