Flexible with days/times. Mainly 8am-6pm weekdays and 9am-6pm weekends but happy to accommodate other times that suit.

No smoking inside. No alcohol. Please stick to the timings that you have booked the property for. If you want to access the property earlier than your start time or stay later than your finish time, we are very flexible but please inform us - extra time will be chargeable. Please take all rubbish off site with you at the end of the shoot. Please inform us as soon as possible if any breakages, spillages or damages happen.
