Payment Terms Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of £[Amount] is due upon signing this Agreement. Balance: The remaining balance of £[Amount] is due one month before the rental date. Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required to cover any damages and will be returned within 7 working days after the rental period, provided no damages are incurred. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made more than 14 days before the rental date will receive a full refund, excluding the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made within 14 days of the rental date will forfeit the total rental fee. Use of Property The Client is permitted to use the property for the purpose of photo and film shoots only. The Client agrees to use the property respectfully and adhere to all house rules provided by the Owner. Any rearrangement of furniture or property must be approved by the Owner and returned to its original condition at the end of the rental period. Insurance and Liability The Client must provide proof of liability insurance covering any potential damages or injuries that may occur during the rental period. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Owner from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of the property. Conduct and Damages The Client is responsible for any damage to the property or its contents caused by the Client, their crew, or their equipment. The Owner reserves the right to inspect the property before and after the rental period. Any damages will be deducted from the security deposit, and if the security deposit is insufficient to cover the damages, the Client agrees to pay the additional amount required. Indemnification The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Owner, their agents, and employees from any and all claims, actions, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or in connection with the Client's use of the property. Miscellaneous Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral. Amendments: Any amendments to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.
