All of our homes are in residential areas, we want you to enjoy your stay, but we also ask that you have some consideration for our neighbours later on in the evening. If we suspect any prohibited substances or drugs are being used, you will be asked to leave immediately and will not be refunded. Not to use the property for parties, hen/stag parties or gatherings. If, on arrival, it is felt the Guests are intending to use the property for such an event, you will be refused entrance. If we believe a party is underway you will be charged £2000. Please keep music to a reasonable level outside, the garden outside lights automatically turn off at 11.00pm. Not to be the cause of any significant noise between 10pm and 9am, if noise is deemed to be excessive, we reserve the right to ask you to leave and you will not be refunded. Not to cause an annoyance or become a nuisance to occupants of adjoining premises. Not to smoke in the property. Smoking is allowed outside the property, providing all doors and windows are closed. If we suspect you have been smoking in the property, you will be charged £200. To read any safety notices and advice upon arrival in the property. In particular parking information and fire safety details. No to re-let or sublet the property to any other group/party. Not to make use of the phone or fax line connected to the property. Not to light any fires or candles in the property. Not to permit any visitors to enter the property, where authorisation has not been requested in advance. Please leave the house in a clean and tidy condition including running the dishwasher (if the house has one), putting rubbish in outside bins and tidying away anything you have used. For homes with a hut tub The hot tub can only be used between 10am and 10.30pm, it will automatically shut off after these times. Please ensure you have read and follow the hot tub rules, failure to comply with them may result in additional charges if your actions are deemed to be detrimental to the running of the tub or if any damage is caused.
