1. Respect for the Property
Please treat our home with care. Any damage or breakages must be reported immediately. You will be liable for the cost of repair or replacement 2. Crew Size
Please confirm your crew size in advance. If your team exceeds the agreed number, prior approval is required 3. Access Times
All access, setup, and wrap times must be agreed upon in advance 4. Shoes Off Inside
We ask that crew either remove shoes or wear protective shoe coverings (provided) inside the home 5. No Smoking or Vaping
Smoking or vaping is not permitted anywhere inside the property 6. Food & Drink
Food and drink should only be consumed in designated areas (usually the kitchen/dining area). No eating in bedrooms or living areas 7. Furniture & Decor
Furniture, artwork, and decor must be returned to their original position if moved 8. Outdoor Use
Use of the garden is permitted but must be requested in advance. 9. Rubbish Removal
All rubbish and recycling must be cleared at the end of the shoot unless otherwise agreed. 10. Parking
Parking arrangements must be discussed in advance. Please be considerate of our neighbours and do not block driveways or access points.
