Additional Terms
No smoking indoors. Setting up/packing away/clearing up time is chargeable - please account for this when you book. No stiletto heels on wooden floors (unless heel covers are worn). We would appreciate shoes off or shoe covers where possible (especially in wet weather). Food and drink in kitchen area only (unless required elsewhere for filming). No changes to be made to settings on appliances and/or heating/hot water unless agreed in writing prior to the booking. All rubbish to be removed from the property at the end of each day. Please ensure that all windows and doors are securely locked at the end of the hire. Please leave the house as you found it. Please lift furniture to move it, do not drag to avoid damage to the floors (particularly the wooden ones).
