House Rules / Additional Terms We aim to provide a clean, professional, and efficient environment for all bookings. Please review the following rules before your session: General Use The space is to be used strictly for pre-approved activities (podcasts, interviews, content creation, etc.) Maximum number of attendees must not exceed the agreed booking limit Booking time must include setup and pack down Time & Overtime Please arrive and vacate within your booked time slot Overtime is charged if the session runs beyond the agreed booking period Care of Space All equipment, furniture, and décor must be treated with care The space must be returned in the same condition it was found Any damage or excessive mess may incur additional charges Noise & Conduct Respect the building and neighbouring tenants at all times No loud music or disruptive behaviour outside of normal recording use Food & Drink Light refreshments are allowed No alcohol, smoking, or drugs permitted on the premises Equipment You are welcome to bring additional equipment, provided it is suitable for indoor studio use Any equipment setup must not damage walls, floors, or furniture Cleaning Basic tidying is expected before leaving (remove rubbish, reset furniture where possible) Cancellations All bookings are subject to the platform’s cancellation policy
